A while back I bought a stick of 512 Meg Kingston 2700 Value Memory my local CC when it was on sale. I
have not used it yet as I am gathering parts for my new computer. Just wondering what I have.
I bought the one with the following marking DDR32mx8-5-TL . Any idea what I got in the way of perfomance?
The markings on the chip matches the chips that were in the PC3200 package so I am hoping the 5 means 5 ns and
3200 performance. The other 2700 packages had different chips so I am hoping! Thanks.

It is more than likely a PC 3200-256 meg module (32M x 8= 256).

The 5 generally represents PC 3200 for module description.
(6=2700, 7=2100, 8=1600)
