Memory CAS

I know that on Memory the numbers on the upper left of the chip is the CAS. I've seen 3-2 (cas 3) and 2-2 (cas 2) but is 1-1?

There is no cas1. I think they used to have it but it ran at such a low speed that there a perforamnce decrease. I don't know what the 1 means though.
