I don't think so. Unless you are involved in HD video work. Panasonic says "Class 10." SanDisk says "Class 4"

There's a lot of semantical weasel wording in their specs. The San Disk is "up to" 15 MB/sec. Class 10 is from 10MB/Sec to 22 MB/sec.

BTW - the Ultra is not San Disks's faster. To compare to the Panasonic, see the Extreme IV Series. Now you're looking at $800+ for 64 MB.
