Memory bandwidth only 1.6gb/s?

Specs:

AMD X2 3800+
Asus A8AE-le s939
1.75gb pc2700

I've got three pc3200 512mb sticks and one 256mb pc2700 stick, and they all are running at pc2700 speeds. The motherboard is from an HP computer so I dont have access to many memory related settings

Sisoft Sandra says the memory bandwidth is only about 1.6gb/s. Isn't 1.6GB/s less than pc2100 speeds? 🙁

Thanks🙂

Sounds like your board doesnt let you adjust that much for the memories which kinda suck... because usually you set up the RAM speed in the bios... and if your board doesnt have such options there isnt much way to fix it...

try leaving alone the fastest memory module and then run the sisoft benchmark and see what happend... by the way, run the benchmark with the less stuff open in memory.
