Memory Bandwidth low and latency too high ?

Does this memory bandwidth look right ? Isn't the latency too high ?

Somewhat. Read bandwith should be higher, write and copy are where they should be.

Latency is out of whack, should be around 50-60ns. I'd check your northbridge strap setting, it seems like your tRD is lose.
