Most likely yes, but with possible caveats regarding dual-channel operation and memory-voltage support. What motherboard are you using?
 
Then you're home free, it is single-channel and you can simply have both modules run at PC2700 speed. Getting it running is the next battle 😀 Start by confirming that the board's Clear-CMOS jumper is in the Normal position and not the Clear position, since ECS sometimes ships them in the Clear position.
