I have Kingston 512M PC2700, can I get Mushkin 512M PC3200 module and use at same time to get 1gig?

Most likely yes, but with possible caveats regarding dual-channel operation and memory-voltage support. What motherboard are you using?

I'm using ECS KT600, though I haven't been able to make it work. Probably a fan problem.

Then you're home free, it is single-channel and you can simply have both modules run at PC2700 speed. Getting it running is the next battle :D Start by confirming that the board's Clear-CMOS jumper is in the Normal position and not the Clear position, since ECS sometimes ships them in the Clear position. Also, there are more troubleshooting stuffs here, the top link on that page is a rich-text document you can open in Word or Wordpad.
