You do not have to set the FSB to match the RAM's rated speed. RAM is backwards compatable so you can use your PC150 on a 100MHz FSB and have no problems. The rating only tells you how fast the RAM is certified to run.
I would keep the FSB at whatever it was at before. Just make sure that the RAM is good enough for it. For common applications, PC133 will work in anything (if it is not overclocked)
