I'm interested in purchasing a SATA 250GB Seagate barracuda (ST3500630AS) and I was wondering how this drive stacks up against the competition.
I'm also looking into some new memory, with the goal in mind of overclocking my Sempron (I forget what the model # is but it's 1.8ghz and the processor is listed as an Athlon 64 FX-159 in WCPUID). I have an Asus K8N board and a Gigabyte GV-NX66T128D Geforce 6600GT.
Any advice and recommendations are greatly appreciated.
