Memory 533 vs 800 fsb

I want to buy a new PC with C2D E6400. I confused to choosing my memory. which one is better: buying 1 GB memory with FSB 800, or 2 GB memory with FSB 533?
 
Are you overclocking?
Running stock speeds?

If you are running stock speeds, you only "need" DDR2, 533.
If overclocking, then you'll "need" something more than DDR2, 533.
 
I wanna do a little OC with stock cooling, I khnow if I want to OC I must have DDR2.800, but I don't khnow which one is faster and have a better performance.
