Just because not everyone on the forums can afford a 7800GTX, it doesn't give you cause to bash anyone who still thinks their X850-XTPE is the best. Just ignore the ATI fanboys and you'll be much better off on the forums.

Did you get the memo? I'll send a few extra cover sheets your way for next week's TPS reports... ;)

Wow, freedom of speech gives Rollo the ability to say what he wants, just as it gives you the ability to post this. Get used to it, or move to Cuba.

Why post flamebait and/or a "call-out" thread directed to a member who most often posts in a forum different from the one you just posted this in?

Actually we have no freedom of speech rights on a privately owned message board (like this one), if we did have complete freedom of speech no one could be banned an no threads could be locked

But the mods of these boards have set a precedent that allows for free speech, except when it is inflammatory or could cause duress of an individual or group of individuals. Therefore freedom of speech, except in certain circumstances (just like in public domains), is enforced in these forums.

Agreed the mods have allowed us a great amount of leeway in the way of free speech, all I was saying is that there is no mandate by law for them to give us this free speech (contrary to popular belief).

Why post that here?? He resides in the Video forum....

he has done a lot of testing on the vid cards over the last year and I would say he likely knows what he is talking about..I can agree he is a bit brash sometimes....he took a vacation sometime back to quell that aggression. I hope he isn't reverting back...

Practically any thread that mentions ATI or Nvidia in a performance, feature or driver capacity in the Video forum is flame bait and has been for a while now.

Whilst I agree that Rollo is quite pro-Nvidia, verging on fanboyism at times, he usually knows what he is talking about and backs up arguements with solid facts (ie. in the case of benchmarks)

On a lighter note, Im sure Rollo has got the memo and loves your publicity.
