Had a Guinness on lunch.... ONCE. Rough day.

Tell you what else too... Dinner's done. Made some baked Chicken Wings.

Wife "watches" what she eats so we have a lot of "Lite" food.

Ken's Steak House Lite Blue Cheese dressing KICKS ASS ALL OVER THE BIG BRANDS even for the "normal" stuff.
