Memmory bandwith solved by IBM

That's SRAM, not SDRAM, so Rambus can't claim nothing about it.
Anyway, SRAM is used to make cache rather than main memory, so don't expect much use for it in video chips other than a small texture cache perhaps. It'll be more useful in CPU L1/L2 cache though.
