Ok so i'm watching Memento and i think its an absolute GREAT movie. I'm talking to my friend online and she says "oh you rented the DVD? so watch it in chronoligcal order then"

i'm like "what?" she tells me that there's an option on the main menu that's scratched out and you can watch the scenes in chronological order. Sounds interesting so i go to check it out. Nothing. I come back and tell her she's on crack. Then i search for DVD easter eggs and it turns out there IS a feature that lets you watch it in chronological order. But its only in the CANADIAN release of the DVD. What the HELL is that! If anyone has the canadian dvd, how is the movie when you watch it in chronological order? do things make more sense or what? I REALLY want to check out this feature.

SWEET! I got to make sure I buy the Canadian version then. It'll be fun to see it that way.

Thanks for the head's up.

There is an SE on the way that should have this option. I don't remember the exact release date but it's not that far off. Mid April I think.

I wouldn't want to watch it in any other order than I already have. It would destroy most of what makes the movie great.

That is true. BUT if some people didn't understand what happened, then it may help to understand the plot to see the movie that way....

well of course you wouldn'tw ant your first viewing to be the movie in chronological order. Seeing it in chronological order could just clear up some questions people had and make more sense of the story

Are the makers of the DVD implying that Canadians wouldn't understand the movie in its regular order? HEHE
