I remember the old forums stated that they were over 100,000 members registered to the AT forums. When i log in now, it says there are 75,000 users registered. Did you cancel some inactive memberships or am i seeing things?

I noticed this also when I went to sign in yesterday. Then again, purging any user who has not been to the forum in the past year or so isn't such a bad idea. After all, that's 25,000 slots in a database and certainly, performance should be a lot better, too.

Finally, it does take away from the "bragging rights" of AnandTech because they could have easily claimed 100K members.

Please remove user "slick230" he has never posted but for some strange reason it shows over 900 posts in his profile.
Thanks.

Now AT can claim "Over 75,000 active users!"
