This was also posted in mobo. didnt know where to post.

Good Morning,
I have a ASrock 939dual-vsta mobo with an athlon 64 3700 san diego. I have the FSB set at 2x1000mhz and I set the Mem speed to 200mhz. I am using dual channel Corsair cms3200c2-512mb x2.
When i run sandra and CPU-Z it shows speeds for the mem at 2x 129mhz. Why is this? What can i do to fix this. I have set all settings to default and am currently have the mem settings at 2-2-2-6 cm1. But have tried lower settings. I have even set the fsb back to mobo default at 2x800=1600mhz. Helpp!!!!

I just bulit my parent's an A64 system based around this MB with a 3700 o/c'ed to 2.6Ghz. I will check and see what settings I used in their memory config and will get back to you. On a side note, these boards are quite stable but lacking in o/c'ing due to the lack of a Vcore over 1.4V. I'm 99% sure that I could get at least another 200-300Mhz out of this cpu. I would have never purchased the board had I known of this issue.

I read the same thing about the vcore.
Take a screenshot of your mem settings for me!
let me know if your are running a 'matched' pair of sticks and if you are in 'dual' mode at startup.
Thanks!

I just checked the settings on the computer, and the cpu is running at 11x236. PCI-e lock is set to 100, Ram divider is set to DDR200, thus giving a 1:1 ratio between ram/FSB speed. It does state that dual mode is active during post. The ram is a matched dual chanel set of OCZ GOLD DDR400 sticks, rated @ 2.5-3-3-7 @ DDR400. According to CPU-Z, timing are 2.5-3-3-7-17 @ 236mhz. I also am running the ram and northbridge voltage option on "High". I hate that this board won't tell you exactly what "High" means. The system passed all the normal stress tests I've thrown at it, along with running F@H 24/7 for the last three weeks. Let me know if there is anything else I offer.
