Mem Overclocking

I own a Sapphire Radeon 9500 PRO with 3.0ns Infineon RAM. I am wondering if people here on this forum consider it overclocking to change the RAM speed to 610Mhz(same as the 9700 PRO) up from the 540MHz it is set at overclocking? After all, all I would be doing is running the RAM at the manufacturers speed rating for the RAM, below it in fact as 3.0ns RAM is rated for 650MHz operation.

Note: I am not asking if this will void my warrenty as I'm sure it does, but rather what the opion is from this forum. Also, my 9500 PRO was factory unlocked when I bought it so changing the RAM speed is simple using the Redline tweak utility supplied to me by Sapphire. 😎
