Quick ? for the memory gurus...

What's the best way to stop your cpu from using page-file/virtual memory, when there is plenty (as in 400 mb+) of free physical memory? Should I set the pagefile to a minimum in device manager, or is there a better way?

Cheers,

PC:confused:

Setting a small paging files will do you no good.
My advice is using the recommended paging size
as both your minimum and maximum size for paging.

Is there a similar protocol for Win 2000. I gave up on Me and lost my copy of 98SE, so W2K is my OE. Thanks.
