Hi all!

I chose to go with

Intel C2D E6600
Asus P5B-E
Radeon X1950PRO 256MB

and now I need a memory,

I'll be runing XP home until vista and driver compatibility cools down,
my price range is $200-$240,
and I would like to go with Corsair as a brand,

I'll be OC'g but not to the extreme random reboots etc.
what DDR2 800 do you guys can recommend, newegg.com is my store :)

any help is much appreciated!

Marinkog,

That is the exact setup I'm looking at building. I'm just looking for a rev 1.02g board. Let me know how your system works out.

Looking at your processor, any DDR 800 capable memory should be fine. Adata, Gskills, Geil?, all make cheap ones. I think Adata 667 uses D9 chips, which is around 200 dollars - can be overclocked to over 960 MHz... If you can run 400 x 9 on your processor, you are doing great!

I still haven't ordered anything, just doing homework and make a list so I can order all parts at once,

Its hard for me to chose which model and brand is good, looks like Gskill is affordable memory, but then according to http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/ D9 models get really expensive $280+, I wish there was someone with same setup/memory model that could recommend their successful OC.
