Melt... Cleveland area Grilled Cheese restaurant

anyone been there? all i hear is rave reviews... and terribly long wait times...

i just want to show my cuz's who are in town from SF, how east of the mississippi makes their grilled cheese, no crazy "the american" fancy dancy way...

I'm thinking about driving to Cleveland to go visit Melt. All my buddies who've been there say it's the best thing since, well, ever.

Never been, but like you guys everyone I know who has says it's great. Take 'em to Hot Sauce Williams and then to the Happy Dog for Polka Happy Hour.
