Can these two superstars play together and bring home some hardware for Denver? Iverson over his career has proven that he can distribute the ball and score 40 points a night. Now you have him paired with Carmello Anthony who is a proven scorer and for the most part an unselfish player.

Jordan and Pippen
Kobe and Shaq
Stockton and Malone
Mello and The Answer?????


 
Iverson, Anthony, JR Smith, if they can work together it would be dominating.

But this would definitely hurt the scoring leader thing Anthony has going right now.
 
The 2 combined put up 60+ per night. It's gonna make issues for defenses too, who are you going to double team? AI is as good a slasher as there is in the NBA.
 
You even have JR who is shooting 3s lights out.
But I still think the three superior teams (mavs, suns, spurs) will eat them alive in playoff.
Unless Nene somehow return to form, I don't see the nuggets beat any elite teams.
