So it's officially available.

I'm sure everyone is going to say "why not just get an iPhone?"

For me/my opinion, #1 - not locked to a network, no jailbreaking needed. #2 - Win Mobile (for me, that's actually a huge plus over Apple's crap - that means a lot more "free" software out there). #3 - it looks good.
 
The M8 has been on and off for sale since 2007. While it looks good and specs good, it has risks.

According to this, http://www.dapreview.net/comment.php?comment.news.4459, it's Mmobile (based on Windows CE 6.0). Not Windows Mobile. I like their high res 720x480 screen. Too bad it's not Windows Mobile 6.1
