Meijer has vitamins and suppliments buy one get one free

Mostly Meijer brand, but several other brands as well.

Picked up a bunch of Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Garlic and Multivitamins today. Saved about $65 on everything.

Anyone know if vitamins ever expire? I have like 300 of all my vitamins left. Do they stay effective over a year? Including fish oil?

Theres an expiration date on the thing. Main thing is to keep them dry.

They don't really go bad per say. They just lose their potency over time. Now if they are several years old, i'd toss them and buy some new ones.

Supplements should be kept in a dark cool place for storage and they'll last a long time.
