meh. why do I work at best buy?

I only work there 5ish hours a week .. (I have a real 9-5 job for money) I work
at best buy only for the discount... bleh. I have to work tonight and I REALLY
don't want to (I don't feel too great.. long night last night..)

I heard they get to buy stuff at the wholesale (what it costs the store to buy from mfr.) price. Is that true?

you get at cost + 5% generally. all the audio stuff you get nice discounts. and accessories.

the most expensive tv we sell is $10k (I think.. at least from what I saw..) I can buy it for $6200

ahhh the friend discount.

my cousin works at compusa and gets their discount. i usually get stuff a ltttle cheaper than i can find online.

he just got a job with barnes and noble...tech side for the corporate stuff... and he might get a discount for books. which is pretty sweet since im just entering college
