megaworks 5.1 varieties?

ok,there's a version of creative megaworks 510D 5.1 in america, megaworks 5.1 550 in australia and asia...what's the differences???
ok,i found 2 versions here.....

1 is from creative(550),and another 510D is from cambridge,who has either 1 ?

510D are the original Megaworks. The 550's are their replacement and are available in all markets. Cambridge Soundworks makes the speakers, but Creative bought the company a while back so they are sold under the Creative brand.
