I'm pretty sure they said it themselves

‘We’re Not Pirates, We’re Just Providing Shipping Services to Pirates’

So is Google. Should Google and every other search engine also be brought to court for leading a user to pirated content? Should car companies be held responsible for drunk drivers crashing a car? Should the one that built the train track be responsible for a derailment because of a hijacked train? Should the makers of a cardboard box be held liable because one of their boxes was used to hold the contents of a bomb used in an attack? I still find this case ridiculous.

Also I think pot and piracy are two things that the government spends way too much time on, when in fact they should be legalized. Why don't the government concentrate on actual serious crimes like all the school shootings, random killings, police brutality etc? Basically, crimes where people are in physical danger. Sadly I can probably answer that question myself, it's all because those cases don't bring any money. The government does not care about it's people, it only cares about money and giant corporations because they get paid out. It's really sad when you think about it.

It was not megaupload's either. It just so happens that it did make them good money. I'm sure Google makes decent money off porn and other questionable content. It's not really Google's fault, it just happens that lot of people search for it or advertise for it.
