Megaflow 200.. air flow?

I just got my Megaflow 200 into my case. At max power it feels like it's not even moving air. This is compared to my corsair 200mm fan on the exhaust side. If I hold my hand over the fan, the "60cfm" corsair feels a lot stronger than the "110cfm" megaflow. I'm assuming this might have to do with the low air pressure of the megaflow, but how do I know if it's even pushing air? Or if the low air pressure is causing my case to not get air?
 
Ig ot a SUNON thats 200CFM it is soo freakin loud its not funny. Youll think a Jet has landed in your room. totally unusable.. I wonder if you can control the fan on that, its pretty much the best FAN out there perio.its thick too not regular sized 120mm ,Believe it or not our pool had the same fan in this area.
