Pretty much a basic discussion of your background plus they will ask about your goals, where you want to go, what you want to do, etc. Wouldn't hurt to dress up.

no need to dress up. they always try and suck you into the armed forces right away so be skeptical of EVERYTHING they say. they will say anything to get you in. they might seem very nice and everything but trust me...they are desperate to get you enlisted and will BS as much as they need to, to get you in. ive been through this and thats why i tell you. just be careful. i decided that the armed forces isn't for me UNTIL im done with college. then ill join and have them pay for my grad school and/or med school. gonna join the air force btw. what about you...army...navy...air force...marines?

They'll probably cover past experience, skills, goals, job duties and possibly personality fit with the team/company. Come up with some good questions to ask about the job before you go in. A good question is about the manager - what's their management style, etc.

i'm not even sure hes got a job available, at least nothing that i know about. he did tell me the land development market is pretty good right now in the bay area. he said he was confident to help me find a job closer to home.
