Russert's generally not a pussy. He'll press the buttons.

Likely topics:

- why she thinks she won NH (I'd be surprised if either of them raise race)
- failed healthcare first time around, why/how to succeed this time?
- her 35 years of "experience"
- her Iraq vote, again, and her plan to immediately begin troop withdrawal yet refuse to pledge to have everyone out by 2013 (pledging a military strategy is dumb IMO, who knows what can happen over 4 years?)
- Iranian guard terrorist vote
- her position on some of Bill's recent public statements

And for the trolls, if I may preempt you:
- why she's such a bitch/whore/commie/etc

Russert should ask her did she say "Obama has not done the spade work"

Russert has given other candidates full hours also and now its Hillary turn in the barrel.

If any do not wish to cling to her every word, they are free not to watch. And later on, Russert can give their favorite a full hour.

She'll never answer the tough questions, but spin and dodge.

Because that's SOOO different then every other politician. Come on Hillary haters, you haven't filled this thread up with juvenile attacks about her laugh, her appearance, how you think she murdered Vince Foster, etc. yet.

What's the holdup?

the answer is simple enough... because he's been running for office for half the time he's been in congress.

Just another Hillary bashing thread. Why don't you wait till she goes on Meet the Press before you bash?

Because there's nothing she could say on Meet the Press that would even slightly redeem her.

What if she singled out Joe Horn as an american patriot and said the illegal alien thieves he shot had it coming? Come on, that'd make you feel warm and fuzzy wouldn't it?

I don't think she cares about redeeming herself in your eyes. You wouldn't vote for her anyways.

compared to like Biden, probably not.

but yes, at least relative to Obama. she's been in office twice as long (which, granted, isn't saying a ton).

ABC's "This Week" is on at the same time in L.A. Hopefully, they'll have something more interesting than an hour with Hillary.

Nah, it's just shut down while they renovate and fix a problem with the heating system.

Let me guess, you ordered a key for your own front door from Chris Chartier, but it never arrived, right? I've heard that excuse before... tsk tsk... ;)

I can't stand watching her for 5 minutes. Of course that's about 5 minutes longer than I can stand to watch G.W. Bush.

I have to somewhat chuckle at the standard Republican troll position almost charitably put
as---She'll never answer the tough questions, but spin and dodge.

And the only thing that distinguishes Hillary from her competition is the HE will not answer the tough question, but spin and dodge.

If anyone is searching for the honest person in our current crop of politicians running in 08, they are all going to have to get in line behind Diogenes who has been also searching for the honest person for over 4000 years. Without any success yet.

The skeptics rule of thumb for politicians is and remains, if their lips are moving, they are distorting the truth. And the other rule of thumb is, their supporters and detractors are also outrageously distorting the truth.

That's why I don't worry too much about positioning, mannerisms, and speeches. The best predictor is the past. If you liked 1993-2000, vote for Democrat, if you liked 2001-2008 more, vote for Republican. I was happier with the Clinton years, so I am giving them another shot. Clintons know how to clean up messes left by Bushes :D

That's fine, but can we please all agree no more Clinton's or Bush's next go around?

Why not? If you liked the 8 years of Bush's "leadership" why shouldn't you be allowed to vote for another Bush?
I don't see a dynasty problem, we don't have a dynasty in this country, as evidenced by the fact that Hillary has to fight just as hard as Obama or anyone else for the nomination.

Ok, but just so everyone knows, if Jeb runs next time, I'm taking that MF'er out for the sake of the world.

No one is forcing you to vote for him.
