Meet the Pontiac G-Force

before i looked at it. i was thinking "well, its a pontiac, so its probably ugly"

but then i looked at the side pictures and thougth it didnt look to bad, kind of cool actually.
then i saw the front and back. blah.

well, its a lot better than the Vibe or Aztek, but its still not something i would ever want to drive around.
i know a lot of people say the same thing about nissans though.
so.. cool car 🙂

Wow! Pontiac is getting better 🙂 They have the vibe, now this! 🙂 Awesome! It might make me a buyer 🙂 The interior is beautiful! 🙂

Eh, no thanks. I'll wait out for the Holdens they are bringing over under the Pontiac GTO brand name.

I'm assuming this is FWD. Something about a FWD car with 280HP/280 ft. lbs going to the two front wheels is somewhat unerving to me.

Front=good
Side=fair
Rear=fugly

All things considered, not bad. I'd be willing to look at it if I was in the market for that sized car.

I know they had this car at the Chicago Auto Show. It looked pretty sweet actually. I like all the power and torque but im not a fan of FWD.

That was my first impression but the rear is kinda growing on me

OOOHHHH!!! Paddle shifters on the steering wheel! Cool doohickey! Also .85 G on the skid pad and 155 mph top speed is very respectable.

I never did like the rear of those Pontiac Grand AM/Prix/Sunfires. The front and the side looks slick though. Looks like a modification of the body from previous Pontiac cars. The Aztech is one of the uglier vehicles that I've seen on the road. Ugh. Of course, that's just one man's opinion.

I agree with this assessment. But if I buy a Pontiac anytime soon, I want it to be the Solstice. I really like the look of this car, I hope they make it. Bob Lutz from what I've read has done a good job getting fresh ideas to concept. Hopefully he can get this from concept to production soon, cuz I'll be in market for a new car in the next year and a half or so. 🙂

The convertible looks nice, but I need a hardtop car b/c the ocean air at my house ate through my dads convertible a few years ago, little too harsh.

<< "fairy looking"

hardly... this thing is a beast
>>

IMO it looks like a fairy car. GM has a problem with that these days *cough* new gen Sunfire *cough*

The front and rear really screw it up, but at least the rims are nice 🙂

Who wants to explain what Paddle shifters are? Car novice here

My g/f thought they were little speakers on the stearing wheel
