How the FUCK do I remove this god damn message every time I open up a new browser to Google Maps? Fucking driving me insane.

Is this on same computer? I don't have such issue, but have it all the time when using university lab computers.

Yeah, same computer. Every time I open a fresh browser, "meet the new google maps". Fucking annoying the hell out of me. Happens on all the computers I use.

dumb question: do you have your browser clear cache/cookies/history on closing?

As far as I know, no. It doesn't clear the history, that's for sure. I don't think it does for cookies either (I'm always logged in on AT, for instance). And I don't know about the cache... hard to say, but probably not.

You are supposed to say out loud, "I have already met teh new Google Maps" Google voice should check it as read after that.

I think.

You click the checkbox right next to the ones that say:
"I do not want to change my youtube name to match my gmail name."
"I do not want to create a google+ account."
"I do not want to input a phone number as a secondary security validation."

There's a couple other boxes on that same settings page.
