I haven't met many cats with the amount of personality this guy has. So friendly, very social, and just loves people.

You'll notice in some of these pictures that he's sitting on the same pinkish/red silk blanket. I bought that blanket for my girlfriend a couple years ago, and Jake has pretty much claimed it as his own. No matter where it was in the house, he would find it, and sprawl out on it. I'm not sure why, but he loves it to death. Within a month after we got it, it was dubbed as Jake's blanket. We've made a little bed out of it, and he's slept on it almost every night since we got it.

We have an afghan my wife knitted years ago that, when we adopted him, our grey cat took to immediately. He just loves it, and will sometime outright refuse to sit on our laps unless we're using his "wubby".

Nice DOF in the first pic.

I can't take credit for that one. A buddy of mine is an awesome photographer, and he took that at our Halloween party last year. It's an excellent shot. I've thought about getting a print made.

That's awesome. Jake's blanket is sometimes referred to as his "bubbas".

I don't know if it's the fabric or a scent thing, but all 4 of my cats rotate in and out on a purple blanket on our sofa. I know one of them will knead the blanket (with one of us under it) until we make him stop. He gets all dreamy eyed and in a trance.

Peace
