Like the review said on the GeekBuying.com site, the Ubuntu stick boots really slowly. I let one of mine boot for 10 minutes, still nothing on the screen. Could get into the BIOS though.
Hybrid 32/64-bit UEFI, meaning, 64-bit CPU but only 32-bit UEFI. Linux Mint 17.2 MATE stock images can't boot on that, neither the 32-bit nor the 64-bit.
So I put Win10 32-bit Pro on there, using a USB stick.
Unfortunately, Win10 really only had the wifi drivers. There's no video driver (and no Display Device in Device Manager at all!), and no SD Card reader driver that I can see. (I put in a 32GB Samsung card, and it didn't show up. I guess I assume that they are pre-formatted FAT32 for Cameras?)
I'm really miffed about the lack of support for the Bay Trail CPU's IGP in Win10 32-bit. Seems like a major oversight. Unless they hacked the BIOS (Meego), to disable the ACPI entry for the IGP, so that Ubuntu would even boot on the thing. I dunno.
Anyways, if you are going to get one, get the Intel one, at the very least, it has SOME support, and driver downloads available.
I haven't found any driver downloads for Meego products on an English-language site.
Edit: New development. There's a site for this device, http://www.x86pad.com/
For Win10 32-bit installation drivers, see this thread:

Edit: All is not well with the MeegoPad T02. Despite the much-touted thermal engineering on the device, running a Skype video call, causes the CPU to throttle down to 0.24Ghz, slowly, over time. Despite overall CPU utilization only hitting around 30%.
