Medieval Times review needed - Schaumburg, Illinois

I haven't been to the one in Illinois but I went to the one in Orlando, Florida last year. I enjoyed it and would go again. It's not cheap ($50 per person, I think) but if you're into that sort of thing it's worth trying.

I went in about 2000 for a school field trip and it was ok. The food wasn't that great (not awful either), show was decent. Not worth the regular admission price IMO.

If you are into the Renaissance era, this is for you. If you go with people that also like this era, even better. I happen to love this stuff. Have been there numerous times, have enjoyed it everytime. The show has improved, the knights fighting more.

The food is enough, and then some. I had a half a chicken it was very tender, and tasty, I couldn't finish it all. I'll go again someday.

it was fun once but I wouldn't go again. unless they start fighting for real and there's the possibility of amputation by edged weapon.

Steven: Can I get a knife or fork?
Wench: There were no utensils in medieval times, hence there are no utensils AT Medieval Times. Would you like a refill on that Pepsi?
Steven: There were no utensils but there was Pepsi?
Wench: Dude, I got a lot of tables.

Haha, classic..

If you like that kinda stuff, which I do.

I have been to the one in Socal and Las Vegas,

Yes its is some $$ but you get a live show and a fiulling dinner, not bad

The one is socal owns, the one in Las Vegas is more showy, not battle like, like the one in socal

for some reason i remember not having enough pepsi to drink. did they give free refills or did you have to pay extra?

funny story

I have seen the cable guy numerous times, and remember the battle scene well.....however, was totally unaware that it was, move for move, exactly like the final battle between spock and kirk(flame if you wish...i hate star trek)....was funny to actually realize that

Medieval Times in Schaumburg is hilarious, I went there for my 21st birthday 🙂 I got an $18 drink in a "collectable" golden knights helm. The place is loads of fun if you just go there to laugh at the whole thing. Kinda expensive but totally cool in a dorky cable guy kinda way.

went there about 4 years ago. Ok food.. not such good show.. you get to call waitress "WENCHS" tho 🙂

I guess its ok if you've never been there but I'll never go back in my lifetime. once is enough.

I would like to go...dress up as someone important....yell at the "bloody wench" and shove the tray of food out of her hands.

ahhhh that would be funny
