Medieval 2 strat guides

Anyone know of a site that has some prepared guides with stuff like unit stats/building functions-tech level charts?

Seems odd that I can"t find anything for this guide outside of what people talk about on the main forums. Most other games has someone make some nice pdfs, and even other total war games has them; just haven't been able to find anything good for M2TW.

I know there have been some Excel spreadsheets made by people with this info. I dont remember who made them though. They do exist. If i come across them again I'll post them for you.
