I'm on Medicare, got here by living long enough. For the most part, when combined with a supplemental policy, it has served me well.

I get periodic emails from Medicare about changes, and even reminders to get flu vaccines, or changes for next year's coverages. Along with links to EOBs and handbooks for the new year. All very typical and routine.

Today, however, I find the lasted mass emailing quite disturbing. They are now pushing medical advice to people on Medicare from this fucking hack/quack and snake oil salesman.

YEAH!! YEAH! I saw that OZ Asshole in my e-mail today, and almost lost it completely when I confirmed the sender's address as "Medicare.gov".

Soon, we may not even be fed the "real" news if Satan's President and his Demon Minions have their way with the media.

If I say "I'm so devastated by what's happening that I want to die", they might say "Good! Go ahead and die!"

Maybe -- if I can take out 1,000 of them before I punch my ticket.

So -- "Oh! Waaaaa--aaaah [whine whine whine] The political violence is just so HO-wibble!!" What do you think? IF you spend every media moment murdering the Truth, Charlie Kirk's passing is what you get. You get what you paid for.

This is why the MAGAts are pure evil. They don't even care con artists are allowed to advertise via the federal government. I’m sure this violates Emoluments but those cretins don’t care

For anyone that actually received the email and others that are jumping to conclusions about it. Here is the text of the message. They are not selling anything or advertising a product. They are providing tips for not falling as older people do sometimes...

I don't want this spam either so I unsubscribed using the link at the bottom of the email which says this. It only takes a few seconds.

"No longer want to receive the Stay Healthy email series? Unsubscribe from this series only. You can also update your preferences to choose which emails you receive from the Medicare Team."

Text from the email:

For me, healthy aging is all about balance: balancing your body and balancing your diet. Follow these tips to help you stay strong, steady, and independent.

Balance your body: Falls are one of our biggest health risks as we age, but you can lower that risk with just a few minutes of practice a day. Regular balance exercises train the muscles and nerves that help you stay stable on your feet.

Two of my favorite balancing moves are:

↔️

Weight shifts Stand with your feet hip-width apart and shift your weight from your left foot to your right foot, swaying side-to-side. You can also do this seated by sitting tall and slowly leaning left to right.

👟

Single-leg balance Grab a chair if you need extra support. Lift one foot and hold it for 10 seconds. Then, switch sides.

Balance your diet: MyPlate.gov is a great tool to plan your meals based on your dietary needs. Why not start with a Creamy Squash Soup With Shredded Apples for a balanced, seasonal meal featuring my fall favorites? It's versatile, so you can add different lean proteins to it, like chicken or pork loin.

Watch Video

As always, talk with your doctor if you have any questions about your balance. And remember, Medicare covers physical therapy and occupational therapy when ordered by your doctor to help you stay steady on your feet.

Here's to living your healthiest life — no matter your age!

Hell my tax money is being used to run ads saying my town is protecting illegals who are blah, blah, (long list of bad things) and that they are giving bonuses of up to $50000 dollars to join ICE and harass people who look brown and have Hispanic accents.
Never have I seen this phenomena in this country.
