Medicare for all (how did this not have a thread already)

Apparently the Koch brothers sponsored a study of the costs of medicare for all, and discovered that it would end up being cheaper than the incredible mess we have now. I'm not surprised that it would be cheaper, but I am surprised I couldn't find a thread about it.
I'm jumping on this band wagon, it might actually work, and the system we have now sucks by pretty much every measure.

This has been cussed and discussed. The search is totally borked since the recent “upgrade,” so I can’t link to it...and I’m WAY too lazy to look for it...

I searched for Koch in the title in P&N and it was the first thread. I searched for medicare in the title in P&N and it came up as the 2nd thread - right after this one. Shrug.
