For the first time in my 22 years of baseball/softball, I think I've done something bad to my arm. I'm not one to complain about pain at all, but if I can't throw I'm useless for our tournament this weekend.
On the inside of my elbow, right around the big bone, it's killing me. It's a dull pain that won't subside, and it of course made worse by throwing. That's how it started. It doesn't feel enlarged or inflamed, but I'm no doctor. Of course tonight, after a game, the whole upper arm hurts, but before we played that's where it hurt the most.
What is this muscle/tendon, and is there any quick treatments to numb the pain(other than heat/cold, tons of A535) so I can throw with it at least? Just wanna get back out, and at least use my legs in the outfield, since we're a little short as it is.
