I heard about a new oral suppliment called Hyaluronic Acid acid on the radio, and it seemed very interesting. Thinking about buying a bottle worth. Is this stuff safe, and does it have any real benefits.
 
A quick search of Medline showed no studies on the oral version of the stuff....so it's probably quackery...
 
It is one of the chief components of the extracellular matrix, contributes significantly to cell proliferation and migration, and may also be involved in the progression of some malignant tumors.
