Seems to be based off of winamp, but with more of an iTunes/WMP style interface. Big on ratings and album art, and those sorts of things.

Just curious of peoples' impressions if they've tried it.

I use it. For me is a great way to manage my music. It allows me to sort, search and burn CDs (I think you need the nero burning ROM). It allows you to change and modify tags as well.
