I'm trying out media monkey as an alternative to iTunes. (at least until Songbird supports the iPod Touch) I'm liking it, but i have a few questions.

-When viewing the library from the "Album Artist" node, with album art+details, it only shows the first few songs from and album and you have to click to display the rest. Is there a way to show full albums by default?

-It won't seem to recover album art from my iTunes library. I know how to use the Tag from web feature for individual albums, but is there a way to search for art for the entire library at one time?

-W7 does not seem to like the default MM skin. I remember seeing an option during installation to use windows UI's...or something to that effect...and i chose not to. is there a way to try and re-enable that after the fact?

-can i build a playlist from an existing playlist on an ipod? i can't seem to retrieve ANYTHING from itunes.
thanks!

Speaking of MM, does anyone know how to get music ripped in MM to be able to imported to media player 11 and be able to read the tags that MM created?

MM does use ID3, however when I rip them in MM, the tags are all correct according to a tag viewer (Like TagMP3). But when I bring them into windows media player 11, they just show up as the file name and don't have any of the artist/album/track/length/genre info. Here's the setup.

In MM i rip the files to <music directory>\artist\album\##_songtitle.mp3

I also have MM update both the ID3V1 and v2 tags, with v2 being ASCII + UTF-16(when needed). I've also tried with and without including the album art in the tag. When I bring these files into WMP, they just show up as ##_songtitle.mp3 with unknown artist and album, and all the tag info for WMP is empty. It doesn't help that this is a CD that is non existant in the crappy windows media player database (Living End - White Noise).

Any ideas?
