MediaEncoder using Intel Quick Sync

Hi guys,

I've been using MKV2AC3 to convert my movies lately and I realized I can use MediaEncoder which utilizes quick sync. I'm trying to convert the DTS sound file to a 5.1 DD or AC3.

It took me 102 minutes to do a 5GB file. It doesn't seem like it was any faster. I'm not sure if it was using Intel Quick Sync.

Can someone help me with the settings for this?
Also I would like to keep the original DTS file in with the MKV too. Not sure how to do that though.


I have a MSI G77A-GD65 with a i5-3570.
