Hey Guys,
I have been using Vista Media center for quite some time. I switched to Windows 7 MC and found that when I play Live TV, after a random amount of time the screen gets corrupted and eventually is 99% black (with some digital corruption near the top).
The audio start doing these weird squeaks/beeps through all of the channels on my 5.1 system while it is doing this.
Hitting stop and then starting playback on any channel brings things back for a short time.
Mediacenter is still running during this as closed captioning still appears.
I have the latest Nvidia nForce and Forceware drivers. I have the latest AverTV Combo PCI-E drivers. I also have the latest Audigy 2 drivers. TV is at 1920x1080 and is connected via HDMI cable from onboard Geforce 8200 graphics card.
This only happens with LiveTV... BluRay, DVD's, and other videos all play fine.
Any help??
Thanks,
-Kevin
