Media Streaming Server Question

Hi, I have windows 2003 server with the media streaming server installed. Currenlty i could stream my music within my network but not through the internet. I don't have a domain but do have a static IP address. What ports do i have to open up on my router so i could access my streaming content over the internet? Also is there a guide or web page that would show me how to use the streaming media server?
