Media Reader

Hi, looking at different MB to replace my EMachineT2862, this model has a front "Media Reader" that offers like a card reader type of option, very handy to just plug in the different slots most any size of cards.
I follow the cables and they plug onto the board with a small 4 wires plug (red, white and 2 green)., cannot tell if there is a card or not.
What do I need to look for on a replacement MB? to continue use of this ?
thank you
David

Thank you keeleysam, will "Onboard USB 4 x USB 2.0" description equal " "standard USB header", this board am looking into has (Onboard USB 4 x USB 2.0) and (USB 4 x USB 2.0).

Keeleysam, sorry, found the info on their site, actually on the site they call it " 2 x USB 2.0 headers support additional 4 USB Ports"
so it seems that is what I need .

This may be a proprietary connector. The wires for a standard USB header should be red, white, green, and black. Sony and Dell have used Intel motherboards of this vintage (e.g. Intel 845GV) that connected the media reader to a proprietary header. Some pics would help.
