Media RAID 1 server

Right now I have a P3 1GHz in an Antec SX1030 that has a 300 watt PSU. I bought 4 ATA 200GB drives that I'd like to do RAID 1 with. There's a possibility that I'll look into a case with more room and get 2 more drives for 600GB. So with my old system and a max of 6 or 7 hard drives, can somebody recommend a RAID solution and a PSU?

If you get a RAID-5 card you don't need to buy any extra drives to reach 600 GB (though you might buy one anyway as a spare).

With RAID-5 (see main AT site for FAQ, articles) you just lose the space of 1 drive for error correction -- it's more complicated than mirroring but has the same effect.

I really don't want to do RAID 5, more complexity is what I'm trying to avoid. If there was a good software RAID solution I'd consider that but I don't know too much about that.
