I have an AVI file (20-second clip) that I want to cut/save into half-speed (or whatever as long as it's slower) but keep the same quality. File size is not a concern. Anyone here know how to do this ?
PowerDVD can play it in half-speed, but there's no way to save it as such. I tried a desktop-capturing program (camstudio) to save it as it plays slowly but the video feed doesn't come through.
