Wondering what is recommended for an always-on (mostly) PC. Will be running a <65W AM3 dual-core, onboard video, a SSD boot drive, and 1 or 2 1TB HDD's (more once they're cheaper!)
I can't see a reason for anything over 250-300W necessary, so what are my options? Is a Gold-rated PSU really necessary?
