Why dual boot? MCE is just WinXP Pro with added features...

Op - You should be able to do an "upgrade" from your XP Pro to XP Pro MCE.

Unless he has an OEM disc which is how most MCE discs are given out. I was under the impression that OEM discs had to do a full install and couldn't do an "upgrade".

Palm devices will not work on MCE. I suspect other gadgets will are not supported. I want to instal a dual boot but have OEm discs of both. If anyone knows for sure how to set it up I would like to use the TV options of MCE and also my Palm with XP pro.

Dell MCE gives the upgrade option when installing over the factory installed MCE. How do you make an upgrade become a dual boot?
