Best Buy has the Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Spearhead expansion pack on sale this week for $19.99 (reg Price $39.99). I don't think it's advertised in store, all the ones I saw still have $39.99 price tags on them. It shows $19.99 on the website and rings up for $19.99.

Buy a Gamers Gift Card. The GGC is a green card sold in a CD jewel case in the Video game section, There is a game controller and a TV with a basketball game on it on the front of the card. In the jewel case with the GGC is a coupon for $5 off any video game or accessory $19.99 and up.

Get the gift card and put enough on it to pay for MOHAA: Spearhead and use the coupon and the card to buy it.

I did this last night in Tampa and it worked great. I also did it twice earlier this week with BF1942: RTR and had no troubles. I have seen other posts about the GGC that people have had BB employees tell the the coupon is only good for console games. I looked at the coupon I used last night and it does NOT say console only. It says ANY video game.

There are two versions Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Medal of Honor: Allied Assualt - Spearhead expansion pack. The expansion pack doesn't come with the original game. You need the original to use the expansion pack. So the short answer is you need to buy both if you don't already have Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Best Buy has it for $49.99 but, you can find it cheaper. I originally bought mine on sale at CC for $14.99 Go Gamer has a jewel case only (No Manual) version for $29.90

Ordinarily this would be hot. But I ran into a snag...the cashier would not let me use the coupon for this game--said the coupon is for video games and this game is not a video game ("this is a PC game")

I dunno...

Yeah, I always thought "video game" was a console game and games for computers were called "computer games" or "PC games". Shrug.

I checked with the BB guy too and he said $5 off is for console game, but I read on this forum somewhere people has successfully use the coupon for PC game, so I guess it's a YMMV thing.

Worked for me, but the csr had to write it up manually as a $5.00 price adjustment. I guess their computer knows better.

I just pick this game up for $14.99 at Media Play. It was not labeled on sale, but I brought it up and it rang up as $14.99. Sweet deal. I am installing it now.
